NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made effective as of [Insert Date] by and between Clean Cars of Collier LLC (“Service Provider”), and Client Name:____________________, hereafter referred to as the “Client.”

This Agreement is intended to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of confidential, identifying, or reputationally sensitive information obtained during the provision of mobile auto detailing services by Clean Cars of Collier LLC.

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

• Client identity, name, occupation, address, or personal details
   
• Vehicle make, model, ownership, registration, or location
   
• Scheduling details, conversations, or preferences
   
• Any visible contents, items, or evidence within or around the vehicle
   
• Security or surveillance systems, personnel, or related infrastructure
   

Clean Cars of Collier LLC agrees to:

• Keep all Confidential Information private and secure
   
• Refrain from sharing, posting, discussing, or using the Client’s information for marketing, social media, testimonials, or personal gain
   
• Prevent all employees, contractors, and representatives from disclosing or retaining Confidential Information
   

The Service Provider may disclose Confidential Information if:

• Required by court order, subpoena, or government mandate
   
• Written permission is obtained from the Client
   

This NDA remains in effect indefinitely, including after the completion of services, unless otherwise terminated by mutual agreement in writing.

The Client is entitled to pursue injunctive relief and damages for any breach of this Agreement, including reputational harm. The Service Provider shall also be responsible for any breach caused by their employees, subcontractors, or agents.

Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
