Welcome to CleanCarsofCollierLLC.com, owned and operated by Clean Cars of Collier LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a mobile auto detailing business operating in Naples, FL, and surrounding areas. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with our company in any form, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

By contacting, calling, texting, booking, or engaging with Clean Cars of Collier LLC in any form—including but not limited to:

• our website
   
• marketing campaigns
   
• Google or Craigslist listings
   
• phone calls, text messages, emails
   
• social media ads or pages
   
• referral links or direct contact
   

you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

We provide mobile auto detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, enhancement, and protection services. Specific services vary based on booking, vehicle condition, and availability. 

• Appointments may be scheduled via website, phone, or messaging.
   
• A non-refundable deposit is required for appointments booked through our online scheduler.
   
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit this deposit.
   
• Arrival times are approximate and subject to weather and traffic conditions.
   

• Pricing varies by service, vehicle size, condition, distance and expectations.
   
• A $125 flat fee applies to lifted trucks (exterior services only).
   
• A $40 travel fee  applies for service over 20 miles from Registered Address 3185 54th Ln SW and may be subjected to cancellation with or without notice if requested service is in excess distance of Registered Address.
   
• Pet hair, excessive soil, bodily fluids, and mildew/mold cleaning may incur additional charges.
   
• All specialty and additional services (e.g., extraction, clay bar, iron decontamination) are quoted and charged separately.
   
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
   

• Payment is due upon or before completion of service.
   
• Accepted methods: Cash, card, check, or approved mobile payment platforms.
   
• Tipping is appreciated but not required.
   

• Appointments canceled less than 10 hours in advance may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
   
• No-shows may be refused future service at our discretion and be subjected to $50 No-show fee.
   
• Deposits made through the online booking system are non-refundable in all cases.
   

• You must remove valuables and personal items prior to service.
   
• Provide sufficient space and access (driveway, parking spot, etc.).
   
• Notify us in advance of vehicle modifications, sensitive areas, or mechanical issues.
   
• Provide access to water or electricity when needed.
   

• Clean Cars of Collier LLC is not responsible for:
   
  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
     
  • Malfunctioning or aging parts discovered during cleaning
     
  • Loss of items left in the vehicle
     
• All services are performed at the customer's own risk.

•  Please disclose any existing damage or compromised areas on your vehicle that we should be aware of or avoid. This includes, but is not limited to, loose or falling dashboards, detached or taped side mirrors, malfunctioning windshield wipers, non-operational electric seats or power windows, and any other damage unique to your car.
   
• By booking our services, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.
   
• All managing members, employees, agents, and contractors are not personally liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of our services.
   

• Services involving biohazards, mold, vomit, or excessive pet hair require inspection and are billed separately.
   
• Clay bar, paint sealants, and iron decontamination are considered additional services and must be requested in advance or added during service.
   

• Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions.
   
• We will notify you promptly and reschedule at no charge.
   

We may document your vehicle for quality control, social media, or advertising. You may opt out by notifying us in writing/text before your appointment.

All website and social media content, branding, and materials are property of Clean Cars of Collier LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
